    If you are interested in renting one of our spaces, here's how to get started:

    1) View the Venue Availability calendar to see if the date(s) and space(s) you seek are available.

    2) Review our 2025 Pricing or 2026 Packages & Pricing and FAQs - Weddings or FAQs - General. 

    3) Email the Events Team with your preferred date(s) and venue(s).

    4) Book a time to meet in person or chat via phone with the Events Team about your event. 

     

    Once we have confirmed availability, we encourage you to arrange for a site visit to see the space, discuss your vision, and allow us to answer any additional questions you may have. We can then place a two week courtesy hold on the space to allow you time to consider. During this time, our staff will develop a rental contract. Once the contract is signed and returned, you will be ready to host your event!

    The historic Spanish Ballroom is Glen Echo Park's largest rental space. This beautifully restored 1933 Mediterranean style Art Deco building will make any event memorable. It can seat up to 450 guests, including space for dancing.

    Bumper Car Pavilion

    Starting out as one of Glen Echo Park's main attractions during its amusement park era, the Bumper Car Pavilion is now one of its most popular rental venues. With its vintage & rustic feel, this space can hold 200 guests and a dance floor.

    Ballroom Back Room

    The Ballroom Back Room is a recently renovated, climate-controlled space with beautiful maple wood floors. Perfect for more intimate events such as birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, and business meetings, this venue seats up to 75 guests.

    The Arcade Building is the Park's main building, with a selection of classrooms in two different sizes available for rental. It can accommodate many types of small gatherings, including children's birthday parties, corporate meetings, luncheons, and more.
