Join us for several opening receptions in Glen Echo Park's Partnership Galleries: 2026 Yellow Barn Studio Instructors Exhibition in the Popcorn Gallery, Nicole Maloof Twomey: 180 - 300 in the Stone Tower Gallery, and Bryan Jernigan: Sound of Line in the Park View Gallery.
In collaboration with Dance for PD (Parkinson's Disease), the Glen Echo Park Partnership presents a pilot Dance for PD® class series at Glen Echo Park. Classes are FREE for participants, care partners, and family members thanks to the support of the program's donors.

Two step the night away at a Honky Tonk Dance with Kiti Gartner & the Drifting Valentines, a band out of Washington DC who play western swing, rockabilly, old country and some jump blues. A free dance lesson is included with admission, led by Sharon Schiliro and Michael Hart of Dancing by the Bayou.
Glen Echo Park Partnership for Arts & Culture presents Salsa & Bachata y más!, a brand new dance series, combining our Back Room Salsa Nights and Bachata y más dances into one dance! Come experience sizzling hot Salsa and the magic of all styles of Bachata in this special night of Latin Dance. But wait! There's more! We'll also dance Merengue, Kizomba, y más!
Every First Friday, from May through August from 6pm to 8pm, the Glen Echo Park Partnership hosts open studios and artist demonstrations in the Park's many visual arts studios and galleries. Each month features different activities, including hands-on art projects and/or artist demonstrations.
Gala Co-Chairs Sam and Linda Weaver and our Board of Directors look forward to welcoming you to our annual Gala in the Park. The evening begins with a reception and silent auction in the iconic Bumper Car Pavilion at 6pm, followed by dinner and awards in the historic Spanish Ballroom. Enjoy live music, swing dancing and a ride (or two) on the Dentzel carousel!
Enjoy an evening of live music at a Honky Tonk Dance with Dede & the Do-Rights, a Baltimore-based band featuring Dede Wyland that plays a mix of vintage country and early rock 'n' roll. A free beginner lesson in two step is included with admission, led by Diana Nevills from the Church of Honky Tonk.
In 2021, we hope you were able to participate in our months-long celebration of the Carousel's 100th Anniversary! Thousands of people joined us for lectures, story time, carousel family days, and more! Many of these events were virtual, so if you missed them you can still participate!
