    Please refer to the calendar below to see when spaces are booked.

    • Yellow: Bumper Car Pavilion
    • Purple: Ballroom Back Room
    • Light Green: Cuddle Up Pavilion
    • Blue: Spanish Ballroom
    • Dark Green: Hall of Mirrors

    How to use the calendar:

    • Toggle between venues you would like to display by clicking the calendar icon in the top right corner. calendar icon
    • You can switch between a monthly view (Month), a weekly view (Week), or a chronological list (Schedule) by clicking the “Month” dropdown in the top right corner. 
    • Click on each booking to display the start and end times.  
       

    PLEASE NOTE FOR PRIVATE RENTALS: 

    • If the Bumper Car Pavilion is already booked, the Cuddle Up Pavilion is not available to rent during that timeframe and vice versa.
    • For private events in the Spanish Ballroom that require carpeting/preparation, you must book the full day.
