SPANISH BALLROOM
The Spanish Ballroom, a beautifully restored 1933 Mediterranean style Art Deco building listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is a formal and glamorous venue for wedding receptions, large corporate gatherings, private dance parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, and other events.
The historic Spanish Ballroom is Glen Echo Park's largest rental space. It can seat up to 450 guests, including space for dancing. With its high ceiling, spacious dance floor, and gorgeous Art Deco design, it makes any event something to remember.
Used primarily as a venue for dances, the Ballroom is also available to rent throughout the year, but because it is neither heated nor air conditioned, peak rental times are from April through June and September through October. The Spanish Ballroom is available to rent on weekdays and a limited number of weekend evenings. Information about renting the space can be found below.
