The Popcorn Gallery presents Color Wheel 2025, featuring functional and decorative ceramic works by Glen Echo Pottery instructors and advanced students. Having celebrated their 50th anniversary in 2024, as they move into a new era, Glen Echo Pottery artists are looking to the future by examining the past. In this show traditional functional pieces are displayed alongside decorative work that focuses on color, pattern, and style. This creative juxtaposition, including both wheel-thrown and hand-built work, showcases new ways of looking at the full spectrum of ceramic arts in vivid colors, shapes, and forms.

One of Glen Echo Pottery’s much-anticipated annual exhibitions, this year's show features work made and fired in the ceramic program at Glen Echo Park. Many of the contributing artists will engage with Popcorn Gallery visitors, acting as docents for the pottery program and stewards of Glen Echo Park.
