    Deborah Reichmann: Rhetoric in Stone

    12 - 6 pm

    Deborah Reichmann
    Description

The Stone Tower Gallery presents Rhetoric in Stone, a retrospective exhibition of stone sculptures that traces the language of the artist Deborah Reichmann's life. Some elements of personality and perspective remain constant, while others evolve and change. We think of language as spoken, or written, or in movement. But stone, that most visibly and tactilely static of mediums, speaks, too. This exhibit tracks the vocabulary of the artist through time. You can follow the phrases that are central and consistent and the statements that stand apart. Each piece speaks, teaches, preaches, and declares. Don't ask the artist what it is saying, just listen to the stone.

    Stone Tower Gallery Hours: Saturdays & Sundays, 12 pm – 6 pm, February 25 - March 26, 2023

    Opening Reception: Saturday, February 25, 6 – 8 pm
