    Description

    In this class, participants will have the opportunity to learn about and experience three folk dances from India. They include Bhangra (energetic dance from the state of Punjab), Garba (circle dance from the state of Gujarat), and Dandiya Raas (stick dance from the state of Gujarat). These dances have historically been done in community during special events and festivals. Join Smita Khatri for a joyous exploration of these dance styles.

    Please bring shoes that have not been worn outside, as street shoes are not allowed on the Hall of Mirrors Dance Studio floor.
