Join us on Saturday, October 18 for a Brazilian zouk bootcamp so you can learn the basic techniques used in this social dance. Jumpstart your zouk journey by learning the basics at an accelerated pace so you can get comfortable on the dance floor.

If you’ve been interested in learning Brazilian zouk, then this workshop is for you! No experience is required. If you have experience with other dance styles, this workshop will help you understand the differences and learn the basics in an accelerated format. We’ll cover the most important techniques and patterns to prepare you to get out on the social dance floor and for upcoming classes. The bootcamp includes a 30-minute practica at the end so you can practice right away.

Your ticket for this bootcamp also includes our evening class and social at Glen Echo. There’s an open level zouk class from 7:30-8:30pm and after that there’s a social until 11:30pm.
