Join us for a New Columbia Special dance featuring The Bitter Dose Combo, playing Django-style jazz! From 8-9pm we'll have an introductory swing dance lesson, and the band plays from 9-midnight.

Covid policy: Masks and proof of full vaccination (meaning you have completed the initial course of vaccination, per the CDC definition) required.

New Columbia Swing of DC and Mobtown Ballroom of Baltimore have joined forces to put on an amazing weekend of swing music and instruction. Get your weekend started on Friday at the Mobtown Ballroom for a night of incredible live music from Sarah Sullivan and the One-Offs. On Saturday, join us in the Spanish Ballroom at Glen Echo Park for an afternoon of Balboa instruction from Chelsea & David Lee + Annabel & Michael Quisao, some of the area's premier Balboa teachers. A basic understanding of Balboa is required to take these classes. Finally, stick around Glen Echo Saturday night for even more awesome live music from Scott Silbert and the All Stars.
