This workshop is designed for beginning ballroom dancers who would like extra instruction and practice time prior to the October 21 Fall Ball.

The workshop is divided into 2 one-hour sessions. During the first session from 2 to 3 we will cover basic steps and figures for the Latin/rhythm dances including Mambo/Salsa, Cha-cha,  Rumba/Bolero, Bachata, and East Coast Swing.  During the second hour we will cover the Standard/smooth dances that progress around the floor including Foxtrot, Slow Waltz, Viennese Waltz, Ballroom Tango, Quickstep, and Samba.

The first hour of the workshop will be taught by guest instructors Ron and Amy Wagaman; the second hour by Ballroom Time staff Tom Hall and Min Zhang.

Doors will open at 1:30pm. Cost of the workshop is $15 payable at the door only (cash, check, credit card or Zelle accepted).

At no extra charge, there will be supervised practice to recorded music from 4:00 to 4:30.

All are invited to participate, no partner required.

Ballroom Time presents the First Annual Autumn Ballroom Dance Gala, The Fall Ball: an evening of fine music and fashion celebrating ballroom dancing.

There will be a beginner lesson at 8:00pm followed by dancing to live music from 9:00pm to midnight. Music and vocals by The Djangolaya Quartet. In addition to general dancing, the evening will include dance showcases, a mini-fashion show, mixers, and a line dance.

Admission is $40 at the door (cash or check only). Reduced admission is $20 for full-time students / active-duty military. No partner is necessary to attend and all are invited.
