Join Photoworks for a virtual Artist Talk about their current exhibition, "Official/Unofficial: Photographs of Washington DC", juried by Sharon Farmer. The show is an online exhibition from Glen Echo Photoworks juried by the renowned photographer, Sharon Farmer. Official/Unofficial Washington DC challenges our assumptions about the nation’s capital, juxtaposing iconic images from the halls of political power with more intimate photographs of daily life in the District of Columbia. The exhibit portrays a complex and exceptional city in which the official and the unofficial co-exist, and sometimes clash, in extraordinary ways. This talk will be held on Zoom.
