Join Friday Night Dancers at a Contra Dance! Contra is a fun and easy dance, and darn it, you need more dancing in your life! There’s a caller like in square dance, telling you the moves, and every dance is taught beforehand.

No experience needed! No partner, talent, or rhythm needed. Come alone or with friends! All ages. All genders. All body types. This Friday the caller will be Caroline Barnes, and the band will be Wombat Crossing, featuring Charlie Pilzer (piano), Robin Wilson (flute, concertina, sax), Carl Friedman (fiddle), and Janina O’Brien (accordion, bodhran, whistle and foot percussion). We always dance contra to great live music!
