We are looking for an experienced educator to lead arts-enriched parent/child programs for the school year, September 2019 through May 2020, alongside a team of arts and education professionals. Visual Arts Summer Camp Program Assistant Counselor

Glen Echo Park is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Counselor to support visual arts camp programs.  Ideal candidates will have experience working with children in visual arts classes or camps for ages 8 – 14. The programs are offered in weeklong sessions, Monday through Friday, 9am to 3pm.  The Assistant Counselor will support a variety of visual art camps for ages 8 – 14 select weeks from June 24 through August 9.  Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old.

Summer Programs and Exhibitions Intern

Glen Echo Park seeks a part-time Summer Programs and Exhibitions Intern. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to become part of our team in support of our annual Labor Day Art Show and other events, public programs and exhibitions. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support, visual arts, galleries or exhibitions, and communication with the public. The internship offers approximately 16-20 hours per week starting late May through early September.  Applicants must be available to work onsite during the Labor Day weekend, August 30-September 2, 2019.
