In this workshop for robins and follows, we will explore strategies for safer dancing with a partner, approaches for declining unwanted moves, and techniques to introduce consensual backleads/hijacks. Although this workshop will be presented in the context of contra dance, no contra dance experience is necessary. We will cover material any robin or follow can use to make dancing more fun! No partner needed.
