The Popcorn Gallery presents Comic Relief, a juried group exhibition. Humor can serve as a tool for dealing with life’s greatest challenges, lightening our mood and reminding us to not take things too seriously. Glen Echo Park Partnership Galleries invited artists to submit art that uses humor to spark joy, curiosity, and conversations. Themes include play, laughter, happiness, joy, satire, irony, whimsy, fantasy, and the absurd. The show was juried & curated by Glen Echo Park Partnership staff members, Kristina King (Exhibitions Manager) and Ama Mills-Robertson (Chief Program Officer).
