LABOR DAY ART SHOW

Presented by the Glen Echo Park Partnership for Arts and Culture, the 55th Annual Labor Day Art Show at Glen Echo Park is one of the largest art shows in the Washington D.C. area. The exhibition features the work of more than 400 artists from the mid-Atlantic region. The show includes works in a wide range of artistic mediums, including:

• Sculpture
• Painting and Drawing
• Ceramics
• Glass
• Jewelry
• Fiber Arts
• Photography
• Furniture
• Works on paper

For more than half a century the Labor Day Art Show has been enjoyed by thousands, from art collectors to casual viewers. Don't miss this amazing show!

Admission is free.

Join us on Friday, September 4, 2026 for the Opening Reception from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

(The Spanish Ballroom is not air-conditioned; large fans will run throughout the day.)

Labor Day Art Show Awards

Glen Echo Park Partnership for Arts and Culture is proud to present the Labor Day Art Show Awards Program. Cash prizes of $250 each will be awarded for top works in the 2D and 3D categories. In addition, the Park View Artist Award 2026 will include the opportunity for a solo art exhibition for our selected winner in our Park View Gallery in 2027. All participants qualify to be considered. The award selection is subject to the judges’ discretion.
