Have you completed a Clara Barton, Glen Echo Park or Theodore Roosevelt Island junior ranger booklet and would like to be sworn in by a ranger and receive a junior ranger badge? If so, you may meet a park ranger at the Candy Corner Ranger Station in Glen Echo Park on the first Saturday of each month at 11:00am. You may also pick up junior ranger books you would like to work on during this time. Please consider attending the ranger-led Civil Rights and History tour at Glen Echo Park that starts at the carousel at 10:00am. on the first Saturday of the month as well. The junior ranger program offers people of all ages the opportunity to learn more about the parks.
