Join us for a new music series that you can enjoy from the comfort of your home: Live from the Spanish Ballroom.

Coming to you live on Facebook every Friday night at 7:30pm from September 18 through October 23, new bands in different musical genres will entertain you with their unique musical talent and style!

Dancers.... While we still can’t be together for dancing in the ballroom or our other venues, we hope you will join us and dance along at home. The performers in this series represent many of our social dance styles – Tango, Swing, Contra, and more.

Put on your dancin' shoes and help us celebrate great music and dance!

The Spanish Ballroom, a beautifully restored 1933 Mediterranean style Art Deco building listed on the National Register of Historic Places, hosts nearly 200 dance events each year. It boasts a huge (110’ by 70’) hardwood dance floor that is beloved by dancers throughout the mid-Atlantic region.

All donations from this concert series benefit the aritists and the Glen Echo Park Partnership, which sponsors and hosts an extensive range of art classes, exhibitions, festivals, social dances, children’s theater, and music programs at Glen Echo Park in addition to preserving and maintaining the Park’s historic structures.
