As a resident artist at the Art Glass Center at Glen Echo Park, Sue has been working in glass since 2001.  She has always been involved in some for of arts and crafts, tole painting, decoupage, sewing, quilting, needlepoint, cross-stitch, sild screening and gold and silver smithing.  She's most satisfying projects include teaching various classes and the design and fabrication of commissions for friends and family.

My pieces involve experiments with photographs, frit painting, pattern bars and some tried and true methods.  There are many different ways to use these elements in glass.  My work depends ultimately on what lies in my subconscious, elements of change, the spirit of the times, and what's happening in my life.
