Photoworks is proud to announce Human Landscapes featuring work by Alan Awakim, Hannah Fox, and David Pellegrini. Curated by Fabian Goncalves Borrega, Human Landscapes is the conjunction of three photographic series that propose a dialogue between the subject and the objects with which they are surrounded. In their joint work, Interior Landscapes, Alan Awakim and Hannah Fox bring us an intimate, narrative series that shows the loneliness of old age. Their individual styles work together to visually and thematically complement each other. David Pellegrini's series, Camaguey: Memory & Meaning, features photographs from a city in the center of Cuba where residents of the community pose with precious objects that evoke belief and past experiences.
