worked for 40 years as an environmental journalist. He really got involved with poetry in
mid-life when he realized you only have to let the soft animal of your imagination love what it
loves. He has published in a few journals, but what he really likes is reading to audiences like
this one. He once read with a saxophonist playing as a sonic partner.

In their joint work, Interior Landscapes, Alan Awakim and Hannah Fox bring us an intimate, narrative series that shows the loneliness of old age. Their individual styles work together to visually and thematically complement each other. David Pellegrini's series, Camaguey: Memory & Meaning, features photographs from a city in the center of Cuba where residents of the community pose with precious objects that evoke belief and past experiences.
