Come celebrate Valentine's Day at Flying Feet's Red Dress Ball in Glen Echo Park's historic Spanish Ballroom. In addition to swing dancing with your sweetie, you'll be supporting a good cause - all profits from this dance go to the American Heart Association.

Live music will be provided by the Eric Felten Jazz Orchestra. Eric Felten brings his talents as a singer and trombonist to the classic American popular music of the '30s, '40s and '50s. Leading a gold-standard orchestra of Washington's finest musicians, Eric Felten sings hits from Frank Sinatra, Nat "King" Cole, Bobby Darin and Joe Williams, and performs favorites from the great big bands -- Duke Ellington, Glenn Miller, Count Basie, Benny Goodman, Harry James and more.

The night begins with a beginner Swing lesson from 8 to 9 pm (included in admission) and is followed by dancing from 9 pm to midnight. No partner or prior experience needed.
